Oscilloscopes Application Software

View, export, analyze, and manage your data using Yokogawa's oscilloscope application software.

  • Xviewer is a PC software application designed to work with Yokogawa's DL series digital oscilloscopes and the DL850 series/SL1400 ScopeCorders. Xviewer allows you to display DL-acquired waveform (using the "Viewer" function), perform file transfers, and control DL series instruments remotely.
Free version, XviewerLITE is also avaiable.

  • This MATLAB tool kit enables DL series oscilloscopes to easily interface with MATLAB, simplifying your work systems.

  • Xwirepuller is a free software enables you to display the front panel of the DLM/DL/SL/WT series on the screen of a PC, and monitor waveform signals. You can perform control from the PC using the mouse and keyboard in the same way as you operate the main unit.

The definition of a high-performance oscilloscope really is all about the customer's point of view. Two scopes may have the same bandwidth, number of channels, sampling rate, operating modes, and memory length. Yet, one will be bought instead of the other because its software or triggering capability or measurement suite better matches the customer's application requirements.
