AE5511 AUTOMATIC TESTING FUNCTION
The AE5511 can be controlled remotely using telnet. By defining multiple test conditions in script files and executing them, measurement can be performed automatically, reducing the time required for interim evaluation in the development phase as well as in pre-shipment inspection.
