What is the Accuracy Specification for PST Values Outside the Range of 1?

Solution:

It is not necessary to specify the accuracy for PST values outside the range of 1.0, as any value larger than 1.0 is non-standard.

The standard (IEC 61000-3-3) requires that the value of the short-term light flicker severity index PST
1.0. For the WT3000 with the /FL measurement option, the accuracy specification for PST is ±5% when PST=1.
