The RJC sensor is located between the two universal inputs (refer to attached diagram). To measure the terminal temperature correctly, the temperature of the sensor must be close to or equal to the temperature of the terminal. This means that the temperatures of the sensor, the positive terminal and the negative terminal should be the same value or almost equal to each other. 

To ensure the temperature of all three are the same value:

       1.  Allow the DL850/DL750 to warm up for at least 30 minutes
       2.  Do not introduce wind or draft fluctuations onto the
            ScopeCorder
       3.  Maintain a stable operating environment temperature
