  1. Use a Function Generator as the input device and output a 1MHz, 500mVpp, Pulse wave
  2. Connect the output of the Function Generator to a Power Divider
  3. Connect the output of the Power Divider to CH1 and CH2 on the DLM2000 (Setup should now look the same as the attached JPEG)
  4. Set the DLM2000 to 100 mV/div, Sampling Mode Repetitive, Average Mode, Count 16
  5. Set the Trigger Edge to Positive.
  6. Measure the time difference between the rising edges of CH1 and CH2
