Yokogawa oscilloscope application software allows you to view, export, analyze, and manage your data, providing more detailed observation and accurate measurement of operations. Our PC  oscilloscope programs are designed to work with our DL and SL series oscilloscopes and ScopeCorders, offering users the ability to perform data operations and control instruments remotely via USB, GPIB, VISA, and ethernet connections.

This software can be utilized for ScopeCorder DL350 data and setup file management by a PC.
Data files or setup configuration files stored in the DL350 SD card can be backed up with the press of a button.
Remote setting, start-stop control and setup file editing can also be easily done on the connected PC.

DL-Term is a command line tool for the DL series library. Please use this software as a development tool for writing communication programs using the DL series library.

This software program is used to create mask patterns that are used on the DLM4000/ DLM2000/ DL9000/ DLM6000/ DL6000 series and SB5000. The mask pattern created using this program can be loaded into the DLM4000/ DLM2000/ DL9000/ DLM6000/ DL6000/ SB5000 via a PC card or USB memory and used for mask tests, GO/NO-GO judgements, and history search.
