PROPLUS digital panel meters are full-featured, high-end, digital panel meters and the most powerful member of Yokogawa's 1/8 DIN meter family. The PROPLUS offers a complete range of meters for all price and performance applications. These meters are available with 2 or 4 relays with a 4-20 mA output. Field expansion modules are available that allow the PROPLUS to control up to eight relays, including digital inputs and outputs, or add advanced serial communications options! The dual-display provides more information, and makes it easy to program. High intensity display models can be viewed in bright sunlight, or where visibility may be impaired by smoke, fog, dust, or distance. The PROPLUS YPP6100 is a multipurpose, easy to use digital strain gauge & load cell meter ideal for weighing and force measurement applications. It accepts mV input signals up to 300 mV. Three of the front panel buttons can be custom-programmed for a specific operation. The mV input can be scaled to display the process in two different scales; for example pounds on the upper display and gallons on the lower display. The basic model includes an isolated 5 or 10VDC Sensor power supply that can be used to power the input Sensor or 24 VDC for other devices. An additional isolated 24 VDC power supply is included with the 4-20 mA output option. A digital input is standard.

The YPP6200 meter is specifically designed for displaying flow rate and total from a flowmeter with an analog output, such as 4-20 mA or 0-10 V. The YPP6200 is particularly well suited for flow applications because its six-digit, dual-line display can be programmed for a wide variety of display configurations. For instance, the upper line can display either flow rate, total or grand total, and the lower line can display either flow rate, total, grand total, or engineering units. Among other things, this makes it possible to display flow rate and total at the same time, a rare feature on 1/8 DIN digital panel meters. The total display can be up to 9 digits using the 3-digit overflow indicator. Alarm relays can be programmed using either rate or total values.

The front panel has intuitive buttons and displays that make operating the batch controller clear and easy right out of the box. The upper and lower displays can be easily configured for your application need. Single and multi-stage batching is possible with up to 4 on-board relays and 4 with the external relay module. Each batch control relay may have a unique preclose amount when used for multi-stage batching Overrun correction adjusts the closing of the batch control relays to adjust for inaccuracies from batch to batch. This increases accuracy over time as systems wear out.

Manual start batching is default, but automatic batching with a restart after a programmed time delay from the completion of the last batch, is also possible. It can be configured to have either a 1° or 0.1° display resolution on any type of sensor input. The lower display makes configuration simpler. The display itself is quite configurable. There are many relay functions for up to 8 relays; including an Interlock Relay function. The 4-20 mA output can represent up to 12 different parameters/variables. This makes the YPP7000 one of the most versatile meters on the market.
