Solution:

To select a target waveform from a list of history waveforms (acquired through N-Single Trigger mode), please complete the following procedures:
  1. Activate the FFT Viewer
  2. Click on Window
  3. Select History Windows
  4. Select a target waveform from the list of history waveforms
