This software program is used to create mask patterns that are used on the DLM4000/DLM2000/ DL9000/DLM6000/DL6000 series and SB5000. The mask pattern created using this program can be loaded into the DLM4000/DLM2000/DL9000/DLM6000/DL6000/SB5000 via a PC card or USB memory and used for mask tests, GO/NO-GO judgements, and history search.
