701251 High-Resolution Isolation Module

The Yokogawa 701251 is a 2-channel High-Resolution Isolation Module that is capable of 300 kHz of bandwidth at an ultra high 16-bit resolution and ±0.25% accuracy.

Not only does the 701251 have a sampling rate of 1 MS/s, high noise immunity, and the ability to deliver 600 V isolated measurements (powered by Yokogawa’s IsoPRO™ isolation technology), but it also delivers high sensitivity (down to 1 mV/div) and adds low noise (100 µV) to customer signals.

Key Features

  • Ultra High Resolution: 1 MS/s sampling with 16-bit resolution delivers accurate waveform capture for high-frequency, high-voltage applications

  • Optically Isolated Channels: Each input channel is optically isolated, providing robust protection against ground loops and common-mode interference while maintaining accurate differential measurements even in high-voltage systems. Using high-speed optical fiber-based transmission, IsoPROTM technology enables 600 V isolated measurements*.

  • Consistent Signal Integrity: Maintains low noise and high accuracy across a wide measurement bandwidth

  • Seamless System Integration: Fully compatible with Yokogawa’s ScopeCorder (DL950) and High-Speed DAQ (SL2000) platforms, the 701251 extends system capability without adding setup complexity

* in combination with the 700929, 702902, or 701947 probes
