  • AQ6375B是一款波长可覆盖2μm以上范围的长波长台式光谱分析仪。 它专为一直苦于无长波长测量仪器可用的工程师和研究人员而设计, 在实现了高精度、 高分辨率和高灵敏度测量的同时, 可以提供全面的分析功能, 从而可省去校准步骤和开发外部分析软件的麻烦。

  • AQ6373B提供的350nm到1200nm专用短波长量程可以精确测量380nm到780nm的可见光谱,因此适用于生物科学和其它领域。此型号产品还是测量1064nm Nd:YAG, DPSS激光源的常用工具。

  • AQ6370C支持600nm至1700nm最具代表性的电信波长范围,使其成为适用于单模和多模光纤电信应用的理想机型。

  • AQ6370 Viewer是用于AQ6370系列光谱分析仪的PC应用软件包。
