702924 Differential Probe 2000 V / 400 MHz

The 702924 is a 2 kV, 400 MHz high voltage differential probe that boasts excellent gain accuracy (±0.7%), superior common mode rejection ratio (70 dB CMRR at 1 MHz), and low overshoot.

Featuring a BNC interface, this versatile probe allows a seamless experience with a wide range of general-purpose oscilloscopes.

With a wide range of optional accessories to support diverse measurement needs, the 702924 is ideal for measuring high voltage, high frequency, floating signals in inverters, motors, and power supply designs that incorporate not only silicon but also wide bandgap power electronic devices such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN).
