701978 Differential Probe 1500 V / 150 MHz

The 701978 Differential Probe delivers high-voltage differential measurement up to 1.5 kV with 150 MHz bandwidth for accurate, floating signal capture in power electronics and other high-energy applications

This probe works universally with any oscilloscope featuring standard probe interfaces and requires a compatible probe power supply (Yokogawa 701934) for operation. 

The 701978 is well suited for inverter and PV evaluation, EV/HEV battery testing, and 400 Vrms commercial power line measurements.
