The AQ2300 Series is Yokogawa's advanced test solution for silicon photonics, semiconductors, optical fibers, passive components, and optical communications equipment. It builds on the AQ2200’s performance with faster processing, higher module density, improved data transfer speed and storage capacity.
With a new optical power meter module and SMU synchronization, the AQ2300 is designed to boost measurement efficiency — helping you meet the demands of automated testing with precision and speed.
*The AQ2200 series modules other than the AQ2200-232 and AQ2200-242 sensor heads cannot be used.
The frames are available in 3-slot or 9-slot types and can be flexibly adapted to small and medium-sized measurement systems.

The AQ2300 series SMU have trigger ports not only on the frame side, but also on each channel of the SMU. In addition, in-frame synchronization functionality is also provided, allowing flexible selection of the connection method.
