Yokogawa current probes enable accurate, non-intrusive measurement of AC, DC, and transient currents across a wide range of applications. Designed for seamless integration with our oscilloscopes and power analyzers, they deliver the precision, bandwidth, and safety needed for everything from low-level signals to high-power systems.

Functions with Digital Oscilloscopes, ScopeCorders and other waveform measuring instruments
The 720930 and 720931 passive clamp-on current probes allow current waveform readings directly via analog input modules on ScopeCorders including the DL350 and DL850 using isolated BNC connections.
The 720931 passive clamp-on current probe anables current waveform readings directly via analog input modules on ScopeCorders including the DL350 and DL850 using isolated BNC connections.
Industry leading high precision, high current AC/DC split core measurement. Compatible with power analyzers and waveform measurement instruments.
Relationship between the Current being Measured and Probe's Current Consumption
(Typical Values)
When using the DL/DLM/SL main unit to power the current probes, make sure that the total current consumption of the probes does not exceed the unit's probe power rating. For the probe power rating of each model, please check by the following information.
Supplementary information on current measurements
The Maximum input current value is derated with frequency;
as the frequency increases, the maximum input current rating decreases.
