Yokogawa logic probes enhance oscilloscope and ScopeCorder functionality by enabling high fidelity capture of digital signals. Supporting up to 8 logic inputs per probe, bandwidths up to 250 MHz, and options for isolated inputs, they are ideal for debugging embedded systems, serial protocols, and mixed-signal designs.
Compatible with DLM oscilloscopes and ScopeCorder models.
