Yokogawa’s AQ6361 and AQ7420 Earn Lightwave Innovation Review Honors

Yokogawa Test & Measurement, a global leader in precision optical and electronic test solutions, today announced that two of its newest instruments, the AQ6361 Optical Spectrum Analyzer and the AQ7420 High-Resolution Reflectometer, have been selected as winners in the 2026 Lightwave Innovation Reviews.

AQ6361 Optical Spectrum Analyzer
