The 701927 is a 1.4 kV, 150 MHz high voltage differential probe that enables reliable acquisition of high-voltage signals in inverters, motor drives, power supplies, and other demanding environments.
When connected to DLM2000/3000/4000, DLM5000/6000/9000, and SB5000 seriesYokogawa oscilloscopes, the probe is automatically powered, fully recognized, and is configured to prevent setup errors.
The 701927 is ideal for floating and differential voltage measurements, power electronics analysis in inverter and motor drive testing, ripple and noise evaluation of high-speed power transitions, and safe high-voltage validation and diagnostics in both research and production environments.
1400 Vpeak capability is suitable for un-grounded and floating voltage measurements in power electronics and mechatronics applications including inverters, motor drives, and power supplies. 1 m long extension lead pair is included as a standard accessory. Standard pincher tips are exchangeable a wide variety of 4mm safety adapters (sold separately). The 701927 isolated differential probe has a reduced size and weight over comparable probes (50% reduced volume over the Yokogawa 700924).
