701255 General Purpose Non-Isolation Module with AAF

The Yokogawa 701255 is a 2-channel general purpose module that is capable of 3 MHz of bandwidth at 12-bit resolution and ±0.5% accuracy.

With a sampling rate of 10 MS/s along with the ability to deliver 600 V on non-isolated inputs, the 701255 combines accuracy, reliability, and safety in one compact design.

Key Features

  • High Speed: 10 MS/s sampling with 12-bit resolution delivers accurate waveform capture
  • BNC Inputs: Accurate non-isolated measurements up to 600 V*
  • Consistent Signal Integrity: Maintains low noise and high accuracy across a wide measurement bandwidth

  • Seamless System Integration: Fully compatible with Yokogawa’s ScopeCorder (DL950) and High-Speed DAQ (SL2000) platforms, the 701255 extends system capability without adding setup complexity

* in combination with 10:1 probe model 701940
