Active FET Probe 700939

The Yokogawa 700939 Active FET Probe delivers high-fidelity, high-speed single-ended voltage measurement up to ±10 V with a wide DC to 900 MHz bandwidth, and low loading.

When connected to DLM3000/3000HD, DLM5000/5000HD, or other Yokogawa oscilloscopes, the probe provides consistent signal integrity with minimal setup error.

The 700939 is ideal for capturing high-speed logic, clock edges, and small-signal integrity measurements where traditional passive probes may load the circuit excessively.
