除了通信波长,AQ6375还适用于环境传感、医疗和工业材料等长波长领域。
AQ6375可以测量低至-70dBm的光功率,因此它能够测量被测设备的低功率源或低功率输出。根据测试应用和测量速度要求可从七种设置中选择测量灵敏度。
AQ6375使用双通单色镜结构获得高波长分辨率(0.05nm)和大动态范围(55dB)。这样就可以单独测量密集信号和噪声。

与使用单色镜的传统测量系统相比,采用专有扫描技术的AQ6375能够提供更快的扫描速度。在100nm跨度内其最大扫描时间仅为0.5秒。

AQ6375使用自由空间输入结构,不在单色镜内放置光纤,可以处理单模和多模光纤。自由空间输入也有利于测量的重复性。
易于校准
AQ6375自带的内置校准仪可用于波长校准和单色镜光轴对准调节,以确保测量的精度。校准和对准调节都是自动执行,并在几分钟之内就可以完成。
用指定的乙炔气体吸收光谱进行校准。
光轴对准调节
校正单色镜中由于冲击和振动引起的机械移动。
提示:也可以使用外部光源校准波长。
远程操作
AQ6375提供了GP-IB、RS-232和以太网(10/100Base-T)接口,可以和外部PC连接进行远程访问和构建自动测试系统。宏程序对于编写简单的自动测试程序是很有用的内置功能。
兼容SCPI
AQ6375的标准远程命令与SCPI兼容,它是一个基于标准代码的ASCII文本文件,其格式符合IEEE-488.2。
