Xviewer is an oscilloscope app for Windows designed to work with Yokogawa's DL series digital oscilloscopes and the DL850 series/SL1400 ScopeCorders. Xviewer allows you to display DL-acquired waveform (using the "Viewer" function), perform file transfers, and control DL series instruments remotely.
XviewerLITE is the Xviewer free download version.

历史存储显示

使用DL系列仪器的历史存储功能，您可以排列和显示多个已获取波形的缩略图。在主屏幕中可以展开显示选取的波形，也可以叠加显示多个波形。

光标

您可以使用光标显示相应波形位置点的测量值。有三种可用光标类型：水平光标、垂直光标和X-Y光标。如果显示两个光标，则可以计算并显示这两个光标的差值。

波形计算(仅可用于运算版本)

对显示的波形数据最多可计算并显示32条运算波形。除了简单的加减乘除以外，可以使用各种函数创建用户定义的公式，这些函数包括：三角函数、微分/积分、脉冲宽度计算和六种FFT计算。最多可以对2M数据点执行FFT分析，还可使用各种函数进行频域计算，例如功率谱和传递函数(波幅和相位)。还包括用于噪声抑制和其它应用的数字滤波(低通、高通、带通)计算。
