When Displaying the Harmonic Content of Each Order on the WT Series Power Analyzer, What Value is Used for the Denominator?

The value depends on the model of the power analyzer.
  • For Precision Power Analyzer WT1000, WT2000, WT100, and WT200, it is fixed to the fundamental wave. For power analyzers with 7 segments LED, the relative harmonic content is fixed to the fundamental wave.
    Relative harmonic content=(each harmonics x 100)/Fundamental Wave[%]
  • For WT1600, WT3000, and WT500, it is selectable.
    1. When the denominator of the computing equation for distortion is a total value (Total),
    Relative harmonic content = (each harmonics x 100)/Total Waves[%]
    2. When the denominator of the computing equation for distortion is the fundamental wave (Fundamental),
    Relative harmonic content = (each harmonics x 100)/Fundamental Wave[%]
