Where can I Find Documentation Describing the *.WDF File Format?

What is WDF?

Unfortunately, we do not have an instruction manual describing the *.WDF file format structure like we did for the *.WVF files. However, we do provide a list of support options which will contain more details and explanations regarding the *.WDF file format.

MATLAB WDF Access Toolbox
The MATLAB WDF Access Toolbox for the DLM/DL/SL series allows the importing of WDF files directly into MATLAB. To obtain this toolkit, please follow the link below for a free trial version of this toolkit:

Binary Data File Converter
The Binary Data File Converter for DL, DLM, SL, and SB series instruments allows you to convert a binary data file with *.WDF extension into binary data files with *.WVF and *.HDR extensions. The converter works in a command prompt window on a Windows-operated PC, and can be executed automatically from your Visual Basic (VB) or Visual C (VC) programs as well. WDF File Access Library
We also have the DL850/850V WDF File Access Library Software available for download through our y-Link portal. To download the library, please follow the link:
