The 702922 is a 2 kV, 400 MHz high voltage differential probe that boasts excellent gain accuracy (±0.7%), superior common mode rejection ratio (70 dB CMRR at 1 MHz), and low overshoot.
When connected to high-definition DLM3000HD and DLM5000HD Yokogawa oscilloscopes, the probe is automatically powered, fully recognized, and is configured to prevent setup errors.
With a wide range of optional accessories to support diverse measurement needs, the 702922 is ideal for measuring high voltage, high frequency, floating signals in inverters, motors, and power supply designs that incorporate not only silicon but also wide bandgap power electronic devices such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN).
