Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes

What is a Mixed Signal Oscilloscope?

The design, validation, and manufacturing of modern electronics necessitate the measurement of both analog and digital signals. Mixed signal oscilloscopes enable the simultaneous, time correlated observations and analysis of analog with digital (logic) signals, to establish causal relationships between the various areas of a device's electronics. Yokogawa oscilloscopes are purpose-built tools for troubleshooting electrical anomalies, measuring parametric values, and monitoring cause and effect relationships between signals.

Yokogawa Oscilloscope Design

From our first digital oscilloscope in 1988 and over ten generations since, Yokogawa oscilloscopes have enabled engineers to maintain high sample rates for long observation periods with deep, segmented acquisition memory. Yokogawa oscilloscopes offer extensive signal analysis capabilities, dedicated analysis and decode of serial buses such as I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, CXPI and FlexRay, improved ergonomics, and value.

The DLM5000HD High-Definition Oscilloscope from Yokogawa Test&Measurement is the new standard of high-definition oscilloscope.

    • 4-to-8 channels
    • Easily navigate through a wealth of analysis features
    Overview:

Test and measurement engineering work groups can have differing priorities and requirements, which often results in multiple instrumentation systems and data file formats, as well as incompatible reporting. This lack of effective communication between groups and instruments causes decreased efficiency and quality and increased spending and time to market. Unify test and measurement instrumentation, software, and data across engineering teams with a suite of solutions that caters to the different needs of engineering work groups, including accurate power data, fast sampling rates, long recordings of multiple different input types, and insights into waveform data.

    Overview:

The Yokogawa DLM3000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes, oscilloscope features a brand-new computing platform and available power supply analysis functions.

    Overview:

The DLM3000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes Automotive Serial Bus features can display up to four simultaneous serial buses and decoded data.

How-tos

    Overview:

The multi-unit synchronization option for the Yokogawa Test&Measurement DL950 ScopeCorder lets you time synchronize up to five DL950 ScopeCorders, for up to 160 channels of voltage, current, temperature, strain measurements, and more. This video walks you through how to set up and connect the multiple DL950 ScopeCorders, take measurements, and pull the data from all of the instruments for analysis with the IS8000 Integrated Test and Measurement Software Platform.
