A WDF file is a proprietary waveform file made up of a common header block and blocks of data organized by type, which are referred to as chunks. Chunks are analogous to boxes that data is placed in. Multiple chunks are strung together to form a single WDF file. For information about the .WDF file structure, please refer to appendix 10 of the DL950 Features Guide (attached). We also provide a MATLAB WDF Access Toolbox and WDF File Access Library that contain more details and explanations regarding the *.WDF file format.
