High-Speed 200 MS/s 14-Bit Isolation Module (2 channels). IsoPRO technology enables 1kV isolated measurements in combination with the 700929, 702902, or 701947 probes and is designed for inverter/IGBT-related applications in mind. Using high-speed optical fiber-based transmission, the module achieves high-speed ADC clock and data isolation and provides the performance needed to develop high-efficiency inverters, which employ high voltages, large currents, and ever increasing switching speed. For use with the DL950 ScopeCorder.
