Xviewer will save the logic information of decimal data into one cell when saving data in *.CSV file format. To calculate the bit by bit information from the decimal data, use a binary calculator to conver the decimal number to a binary number.
You can use any binary calculator found online or you can download a conversion chart provided in the attached excel file.
