Will all DL750 ScopeCorder Modules Work on the DL850 ScopeCorder or SL1000 High Channel Count ScopeCorder?

In most cases, all the DL750 ScopeCorder modules will be compatible with the DL850 ScopeCorder and SL1000 High Count ScopeCorder.

However, there are some module which can be used with DL750 ScopeCorder but cannot be used with DL850. These are typically the early DL750 ScopeCorder modules that were released with the DL850. The boot up procedure of the DL850 will confirm the serial number and FPGA number of the module. There are a few DL750 ScopeCorder modules that were designed to not be FPGA interchangeable. If you have any questions on whether your module is compatible with the DL850 or SL1000, please contact your nearest Yokogawa representative with your module's serial number.

Precautions Concerning the Modules

For details about the functions and specifications of the module, see the user’s manual of the instrument that
you will use the module with.*
* DL750, DL750P, SL1400, SL1000, DL850, DL850V, DL850E, DL850EV, DL350, or DL950.
• Some modules cannot be used depending on the instrument model. For details, see the table on the
next page.
• Depending on the module to be installed, even if it can be used, compliance conditions of the standards
that each model complies with may not be met.
