- Use a Function Generator as the input device and output a 1MHz, 500mVpp, Pulse wave
- Connect the output of the Function Generator to a Power Divider
- Connect the output of the Power Divider to CH1 and CH2 on the DLM2000 (Setup should now look the same as the attached JPEG)
- Set the DLM2000 to 100 mV/div, Sampling Mode Repetitive, Average Mode, Count 16
- Set the Trigger Edge to Positive.
- Measure the time difference between the rising edges of CH1 and CH2
