The data has the same data update interval and integration interval. WP--SigA adds only when the value of active power WP-SigA for each data update is negative. Active power P-SigA is equal to P-E1 + P-E2, not equal to (WP+-E1) + (WP+-E2). Also, P-SigA is not always positive. It may be negative depending on the values of P-E1 and P-E2. WP-SigA increases when P-SigA is positive and decreases when P-SigA is negative. WP+-SigA increases when P-E1 or P-E2 is positive and is constant when both are negative. WP--SigA decreases when P-E1 or P-E2 is negative, and is constant when both are positive. When the signs of P-E1 and P-E2 are different, the absolute values of WP+-SigA and WP--SigA both increase.
Measure characteristics of devices that generate, transform or consume electricity. Also called power meters or wattmeters, these devices measure parameters such as true power (watts), power factor, harmonics, and efficiency.
