Once you downloaded the file, unzip it and copy the update folder to the root directory (it must be directly in the root directory) of your USB thumb drive.
The following should be the content of the UPDATE folder (with files name referring to AQ6370D and the latest FW).

• Msg.txt
• Update.txt
• Help (English)_aq6370C_r0103.cab
• Main_aq6370C_R0230188.cab
• PcDrv_r010600.cab
NOTE:
The OSA will only look for files the Update folder, do not rename the folder or move the files to another location.
You now have the firmware to upgrade your AQ6370D OSA on a USB drive and are ready to perform the upgrade.
STEP TWO: Installing the firmware
1. Power up the OSA, and disconnect the LAN cable if connected.
2. Once the unit has completed its boot cycle Press the SYSTEM button.
3. Depress the MORE soft key until menu shows page 4/4
4. Select the VERSION soft key
5. At this point the current version of firmware is displayed.
6. Select the UPDATE soft key.
7. You will be asked to insert update files. Insert the USB thumb drive
8. Select the CONTINUE soft key
9. The unit will perform the upgrade and will ask if you want it to reboot
10. Select the Yes soft key.
11. Please note that the message that is displayed on the OSA screen states that it will reboot, it does not reboot it merely turns itself off.
12. When the power button turns amber press it to restart the unit.
13. Reconnect the LAN cable as required.
At this point a parameter initialize may be performed per below.
1. Press the SYSTEM button
2. Press the MORE soft key until menu shows page 4/4
3. Press the Parameter Initialize soft key
4. Press the Parameter Clear soft key
5. Press the Execute soft key
