If you see this error when communicating with a device, please stop the connection and close the application. Using the Windows search bar, type "%AppData%" (without the quotations) to reach your Roaming folder. Navigate to the YOKOGAWA folder and delete the "IS8000" folder within. You may then need to reinstall your IS8000 software to repopulate this folder. Please then reconnect to your instrument and verify that the Channel Control and Device Control fields are no longer blank.
