１． Change the following folder name.
C:\Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA -> C:\Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA-BK
２． Start up XViewer and run report creation.
I think that it will be displayed normally.
Quit XViewer.
３．Copy the following folder.
If the folder exists, copy the file in the folder.
C: \Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA\Xviewer\Report -> C:\Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA-BK\Xviewer
３． Rename the following folder.
C: \Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA -> C: \Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA-BK2
C:\Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA-BK -> C:\Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA
４． Delete the following folders.
C: \Users\Login User-name\Documents\YOKOGAWA-BK2
