Using real time math for frequency measurement

If the Scale is not set correctly on the channel that is being used for real time math, the DL850E will still give a value that will be incorrect. The value limited by the number of divisions. For example if I have a 1Khz signal coming in, that I want to do a Real time rpm count for. The correct number of RPMS is 60,000 rpms. If the scales is set to below 5000RPM's/ div the reading will be less then that and will be at the maximum value for the divisions that are available. For example: If the scales is 2000RPM's/div the same signal will read a numeric value of 27306 and not the full value of 60000.
