720230 Logic Input Module
The Yokogawa 720230 Logic Module provides high-speed digital signal acquisition with support for up to 16 bits per module at 10 MS/s sampling. It is compatible with multiple logic probe types, allowing users to match input characteristics to their system needs.
- High-Resolution Logic Monitoring: Captures digital signals at up to 10 MS/s, allowing clear visualization of timing relationships and digital state changes.
- 16-Bit Observation Per Module: Each module provides two input ports that accept 8 bits each, enabling simultaneous viewing of 16 logic signals on a single module.
- Flexible Bit-Level Display: Users can enable or disable individual bits and assign unique labels for faster identification of digital buses, control lines, and status flags.
- Compatible Logic Probe Options: Works with four probe types to match different electrical environments. Supported probes include 702911 and 702912 (TTL and contact inputs), 700986 (high-speed logic), and 700987 (isolated logic).
Input logic signals can be displayed as waveforms at a sampling resolution of up to 10 MS/s. Each port can measure 8 bits, and 2 ports of input are available on each module. Thus, a single module can observe 16-bit logic signals. You can turn display of individual bits ON/OFF, and give each bit its own unique label.
In all, you can input and display up to 128 bits of logic signals by installing up to 8 modules in a single DL950. You can select from 4 different types of logic probe to best fit the input signal. For details on logic probes, see page 6 of this catalog.
The input format, maximum input voltage, threshold level, and other settings depend on the logic probe being used. Please refer to the specifications of your logic probe. The following logic probes can be used.
