701920 500 MHZ DIFFERENTIAL PROBE

Signals are getting faster, power supply voltages are getting lower, and the use of noise-resistant differential signals that can precisely transmit other signals is increasing. However oscilloscope input is usually single-end, so in order to observe these differential signals it is necessary to input two separate signals and perform calculations on them. Also with most oscilloscopes, you cannot activate a trigger using the calculated signals so one of the differential signals must be used. Using our differential probe, you can observe a 500 MHz bandwidth differential signal even with a single-end input oscilloscope.
