702928 PBD0200 Differential Probe 20 V / 200 MHz
The 702928 Differential Probe delivers accurate differential voltage measurement up to ±20 V with 200 MHz bandwidth, automatic probe interface support, and low noise performance enabling easy automotive bus signal captures.
When connected to DLM3000/3000HD and DLM5000/5000HD series Yokogawa oscilloscopes, the probe is automatically powered, fully recognized, and is configured to prevent setup errors.
The 702928 is ideal for capturing CAN and CAN FD waveforms.
