701977 Differential Probe 7000 V / 50 MHz

The 701977 Differential Probe delivers high-voltage differential measurement up to 7000 Vpeak/5000 Vrms with 50 MHz bandwidth for accurate, floating signal capture in power electronics and other high-energy applications

This probe works universally with any oscilloscope featuring standard probe interfaces and requires a compatible probe power supply (Yokogawa 701934) for operation. 

The 701977 is well suited for 3.3 kV level railway drive inverter, IGBT, and high voltage surge noise waveform measurements.
