Notice of Change in Download Procedure with Introduction of Customer Portal

Thank you for your continued patronage and support.
This is to announce that Yokogawa Test & Measurement will introduce the Customer Portal, which is operated by Yokogawa Group. Following this introduction, the download procedure for software, instruction manuals, and other items will be changed. The details are as follows.

1. Overview

With the introduction of the Customer Portal, the procedure for downloading software, instruction manuals, and other items from the Yokogawa Test & Measurement website (tmi.yokogawa.com/) will be changed.

2. Changes

Customers will need to sign in to the Customer Portal to download the following tools and documents from the Yokogawa Test & Measurement website. (Customers who are already registered as users on the Yokogawa Test & Measurement website will still need to register with the Customer Portal.)

Driver
Instruction manuals

3. Changeover schedule

Software, firmware, driver: July 20, 2023
Instruction manuals: to be changed from August 1 to December 31, 2023

4. Other notes

From July 17th, we started to notify by e-mail customers who have already registered as users on the Yokogawa Test & Measurement website to register with the Customer Portal.
All customer information previously registered will be deleted for the protection of personal information.
